Hello, These windows are aluminum, double pane and are approximately 30"x50". The roller is in a nylon carrier that is about 11/16" wide and 1 3/16 long with a screw hole at each end. The roller itself is flat brass and 3/8" wide with a diameter of about 1/2". See picture. The windows have a sin ... (cont.)

Screw is 1/4 in diameter and 5/8 in length below the shoulder. Course thread (5 turns looks like in the 5/8"). Shoulder is minimal (about 1/16"). I need about 20 on them. Thanks!

this is a large window - the moving panel is roughly 36x36?. One of the balances has broken hardware. The balance is 1/2 x 28 7/8. These are galvanized metal. There is a number stamped near the bottom, but it is hard to read 28D? followed by 3? Also, what is the best lubrication to use on these b ... (cont.)

there are two of these one on each side if i put a screwdriver into the part on the bottom and turn the mechanism it releases the tension .

I'm replacing an Allen Stevens Corps Woodside NY part # 6047 roller for a sliding door. It's all metal. The exterior (which as the Allen Stevens stamp) has a number in a circle with 83 over 14 in it. I have a older modular home(1994) with dual pane Philips windows. all springs need replacing or lubed. I do not see any name or marking on the balance It is 28 in. long with a brownish color plastic tip. this balance has a shoe type effect on the bottom.It is 3/8 in dia.

The sweep portion is about 7/16" and the T portion is 1/8 or 2/16. Unable to make good clear pic.

I sent for new hand crank and the holes don't line up, the one at the top is not in the middle its to the left. Is this the wrong crank 3048? I watched one of your videos and it looks like 1080p 39-025 would be better. What do you think?
