This part is attached at the top of each side of the sash and engages the sash balance. When installing the new sash balances from you I found some to be broken. The length is 1-1/2", and the width is 5/8". Do you carry this part? Thank you, Mike

This metal assembly appears to have a broken end. It's stuck about halfway up the side of the window track. Online it says this is the 'locked' position and to fix I need to insert flathead screwdriver and turn the 'U' shape into a 'C' shape. There's no U or C shape because it's broken off. Help! ...
