Thanks for your time in evaluating the attached images. The appears to be a Caldwell Manufacturing Company (CMC) product from a home built in 2000. Everything works except a piece on the plate that keeps the screw in broke. Not sure if I can buy this plate separate or not but need to fix.

I need a replacement sliding glass door handle that is keyed. It is a 3 15/16" and my door is 1 1/2" thick. I looked on your site and found a handle set part #82-035 but it is for a door that is 1 5/8" thick. Can I still use this handle with shorter screws or do you have a similar set that will ... Sliding window bottom guide for phillips window

This is a picture of the two balancers I took out of my tilt window.After measuring I came up with a 27 and1/2 inch tube and 28 and 1/2 spiral.The dimensions of the glass is 26 1/4 x 30 1/2 and weighs 18 lbs.The diameter of the tube is 3/8 inch.It also has a blue end which you should be able to see ...
