I had 2 windows repaired a few years ago and they both are bad again. I pulled the parts to replace them myself and would like to know which ones to order. The top part is winged but the shoe is not

The metal cams in my 15-177 coil balance shoes break fairly often if I have to completely remove and or replace a window , possibly due to expansion and contraction of the house. Is there a coil spring set that is not as wide? The one I ordered pushes the window out slightly. Also with both installed it is very difficult to operate the window. Would I need a lesser weight set

We got replacement balance for both sides of our window from the company that supplied the original window. Unfortunately, it is a newer version.
