Can I see some photos of this balance? It's hard to tell exactly which you need. Series 795 sounds vaguely similar, but who knows?

Window is Milgard, manufactured around 1984, aluminum frame, non-tilt. Metal channel length is 21" long. Not many markings on the part, only the "20 D" and what looks like "3.S.I." shown in the picture.

I have non-tilting milgard window that needs new channel balancer. According to the tag on the window, I have mfgr: mil-027-4 series: 1510-S mst: 4-0 x 6-0 mvt: 47" x 36" when I took out the balancer, it shows 32 4 HQ CALDWELL stamped on it. can you please let me know which channel balancer I should ... I am trying to find a replacement vinyl window part, a thumb button for tilt in vinyl window. The windows are Polytex 3500 series. The part (see photos) size is 2 inches by 3/4 inch, and the broken clip part on the bottom of the part is 1/2 inch wide; I'm not sure of the length of the broken off arm ... (cont.)
