Please let me know these are Windows from Anderson 93-94 install. There is a little rubber edge that leans against the glass. The big notch slides into the bottom and top notch (smaller) catches the window guide.

the sash balance hangs down a couple inches below the side of the sash, the window will not close because of the sash balance. The shah balance is exactly the same as the original. What am I not seeing? or doing. Joe

I have to replace the balances on ten ( 10 ) windows. The length is 26.25". The problem appears to be the pop rivets and spring ends. I assume the repair will require replacement. The windows measure 29.25 h x 33.75 w. Thanks

I need to replace a 2 and 1/2 inch flared pivot bar for a tilt window sash. The attached photos show both sides of the pivot bar that I need to replace. Does the pivot bar shown in the photos appear to be your item number 26-412? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Looking to replace channel balances on window. I was able to remove the one in the picture but the other is still attached. Identifying numbers are 2490 32 881 TE (see attached pictures). Thank you for your help.
