What is the name of the part that is screwed to the top corner of the window that mates with the top of the balance sash? Many of ours are wearing out, and the balance sash jumps up and the window crashes down.

Hey, Jack. I agree. If your top attachment is wingless and your bottom one is winged (looks like it), then S350-28 is your balance, and we offer that in a "2730" stamp, like your old one.

I need a pair. One of mine has the following identifying markings: "20 5 HP Caldwell". The metal housing is 1/2" wide x 5/8 deep. The metal housing, not including the plastic pieces on the ends, is 20 7/8" long. Photos attached.
