looking for arch spring mechenism for windows

my roller assembly on my closet door is 1/4" offset. Can't find it anywhere. Where can I purchase the plastic adjustable wheel[with teeth] then I could use my old offset. Or, do I buy any offset and drill out the rivet so I can use the plastic wheel. Thank you for your time:

As per the attached photos, the coils spring balance tubes have failed on one set of windows. I need two tubes to fit a 73-74" window. One photo shows the bottom spring clip from an adjacent window.

These windows are very generic and hard to find numbers on. That is why I sent a few that have numbers. There are no numbers on the metal under the glass like most windows have for identification.
