Need help identifying this pivot arm and hoping you carry a replacement. Thank you, David

I am trying to identify and order replacement window balances. I have attached three pictures to identify the top, bottom, and stamp markings. The balance is 33" long and 3/8" wide It is marked with 3230.

We are not sure which end pieces to order with our channel balance.

Sorry I can get a pic with it removed if needed. There are 2 of these per window. I need 2 of them

27" long, 9/16" wide, looks like 27-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-27. No stamps. Printed on it are 26 4 EV CMC 7.

The window is a right hand, glass measures 24 1/4 x 42 1/4. Need complete assembly. Thanks Matt

Need repair

I need replacement parts for several windows. The piece is on the outside and it is on the edges of the glass. It is plastic and goes around all four sides.

I have window with balance 2740 28 inch. Looking for top sash guide small pastic part which is on top corner of window. Please let me know which one I need to purchase Thanks Rupesh

Looks like # 81-047 is the replacement.Not sure how that flare width is measured , from top to begging of flare ?

I have wood sash windows. The house was built in 1988. The clip in the spring channel broke. Photo 1 is my part to repair it. But I had to shorten the top section for the spring to connect. That weakened it and it broke. Do you have the required part? It fits into the channel -photo 2 Thank ... (cont.)

The spring mechanism that holds window ope doesn't work

(see attached photos) Hello, It is a bathroom window, the bottom window is about 22 by 17 inches. The springs broke on both sides. I found the part on your site. How much weight should the springs be? And is there a place I can buy them locally. Salinas. Thanks
