I have some early 90s wood single hung windows in which the sash is held up by a spring on each side. The top of the spring is screwed to the frame. Hello, I have 4 andersen double hung windows that need the sash balance replaced. The windows measure 36 x 54" The sash balance is marked "11600-17" E28 9#27 7 85 I will replace the balance on both sides. Can you confirm the correct part #? Thanks for your help.

To whom this may concern, I went to a Home Depot and they told me this was a Simonton window part. They could not order this part in and told me about you guys. I need a replacement "balance" for the other side of a window, in order for the window to stay open. Thanks, Greg

Part is broken just wonder if you have this part since it is not included with the channel balance. It is part of the window.

I need to replace the track and rollers on a freestanding wardrobe. The opening is 45 3/4" wide. The doors are 3/8" thick - and not close to 60 pounds. The 23-500 seems like it would work, but the track is slightly too long. Can the track be trimmed? If so, what do you recommend for trimming? ~ ... (cont.)
