We purchased Coradco Doors and windows almost 15 years ago and our slider door looks do not work. I need a replacement.

My widows are 21 years old. The plastic clips that hold the screens in place have broken over the years.. They have broken down I guess from the sun etc. It is very frustrating. Based on all the information you provided and photos you show, you may need to go with our S390-28 channel balance with a 2730 option that holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds. I have Malta Double Hung window that the balances need repair. Picture C31C03CF.JPG shows the S-Hook has rusted out. The length of the channel balance is 27". The non-tilt window weighs 24 pounds. The foot is 1-1/16" The channel balance has "26 4 JQ CALDWELL" printed on one side. Window was installed in 1998.
