I'm replacing some window ballasts, and I feel like I'm replacing them all the time. I'm wondering if I have the right ballasts. The ones I'm using are white tipped, 16" tube. I have 11.5 lb windows. Is there a different strength ballast I should be using?

When lowering the upper window, I pushed down too hard and the screw portion popped out of both sides of the main tubes.
