Just removed the window balancer from a peachier 90 window. The only number I could find was 3654 1. The problem is the rope was broke on both sides. The balancer is 23.25 long. What should I order?

Hello, the windows in a house I purchased won't stay open (21 of them!). I disassembled one of them and the pivot blocks are shot - spiral balances seem to be ok. Hello, This is a corner piece for a window frame. Windows are double glazed aluminium.

Can you help me identify? This is on the top of all my windows. It's semi rigged and deforms pretty easily. It buys up to some foam weatherstripping on the window frame.
