I have just removed my pocket door following the instructions on the internet for the 23-176S. How do I reinstal the door? Do I have to reset the release mechanism somehow?

I have to replace (4) Andersen Narrowline Sash Balances. Part number on them are 11600-17 P62 12#26 Can you help me to part out the correct set of right and left sash balances for these.

I bought screen retainer clips for windows, 70-026, and Pop rivets 3/8" to install them. Need a rivet gun but don't know what kind or where to get.

Please see if you guys have a lock to fit this storm doors. I need it asap.

Hi, These are windows that were supplied from a window wholesale club that I put in a house from 2004. I think the rep told me they were silverline windows, but I have no documentation. I need these replacement handles for my client. Thanks in advance for your help.

I need a replacement latch as pictured. The hooked part is only 1/2 inch wide. I have not found any this narrow in any stores in NH. Can you help me?

One of the balancing springs broke and I would like to replace the pair. There is no number stamped on the spring. I checked both sides after unscrewing the tongue end. It is 3/4"inch wide. I have a Anderson sliding screen door that takes wheel assembly part number 4850078. I am just ordering those wheels but the medal strip they fit into is worn and split. Do you have that replacement part?

I cannot find this clip anywhere, it snaps into the metal frame and holds the glass in place and runs the entire frame of the window. I do not know what it is called, but I need 104" of it; thank you for your assistance. James
