Moved and can't find clips that hold shelves. Nobody seems to carry the correct size. Please help. Claudia

I have a older modular home(1994) with dual pane Philips windows. all springs need replacing or lubed. I do not see any name or marking on the balance It is 28 in. long with a brownish color plastic tip. this balance has a shoe type effect on the bottom.It is 3/8 in dia.

The sweep portion is about 7/16" and the T portion is 1/8 or 2/16. Unable to make good clear pic.

Do you have a replacement latch with 1 3/4 in. centers. It is for a Forever door It is a push type.

I sent for new hand crank and the holes don't line up, the one at the top is not in the middle its to the left. Is this the wrong crank 3048? I watched one of your videos and it looks like 1080p 39-025 would be better. What do you think?

Plastic part holds center drawer rail to back of cabinet

I need to replace the above part and am not sure of the part I need to order. I was hoping you could help without me having to take the window apart to find the right one. I just wanted to make sure I order the correct sash balance. It looks like this may be an Anderson 823 sash balance that is replaced by an 837 balance that you sell. Before I order 4 of them I just wanted to make sure the 837 is the correct part to replace the ones I have.
