Looking for part number of Balances in Simonton double hung windows. Window numbers 9704170835, 2006127/05, Unit 29.5 59.5. I did not get the balance number as I thought I would be able to locate the balance with the window part number.

Looks the same as you as your Caradco 15-104 except the front face where the adjustment screw is located. My part is only 1/4" wide across the front. All the other dimensions are the same. Can you help?

need to obtain Anderson window balances with these codes stamped on the balance box: 11 602-3 and on the same balance box also 600-2. ropes broke on two double hung windows.

The window and glass seal is fine. The frame holding the dual panel window is plastic and has warped and needs to be replaced. Let me know what other information you need. Thanks, Darlene

window won't stay open

The balances on the windows are bad. Windows are Alside Centurion-09L1. Serial number on windows is 058-365876. Made in December of 2008. Would you have these and how much would they run? Also how long to get?
