The part that fits my door is 81-004, is there a double roller that would work also?

I need help identifying the color tip for a replacement spiral balance. I have an atrium tilt window. I have measured the length at 28" and width at 3/8". However, the color tip is hard to tell. I could guess and say its yellow, but I want to make sure before I ordered.

The end of the key broke off so the window will not stay in the track. My piece is diecast it measures 1.5" and 1.75" where the broken piece is. Thickness is .155" at the corner. Do you have this piece? Thank you.
