Hello, Comparing my balances to those you have online. S351 and S390 both appear the same to me and both seem to match my current part. How to I decide which to choose?

We just noticed our Traco sliding window has pulled away from its outer edges and you can see the insulation in the sides. How do we anchor the window back in? We had them installed in 2000 and our contractor is no longer around. Thank you!

I'm trying to replace a 1/2" wide window channel balance that is 34" long. There is a number stamped on the channel that says 3340. It looks like your S380 or S385 would replace it. Would you be able to tell me which would replace the 3340? Thanks
