The # on the Crestline window is 20394Y27B3P and the window was installed 1994. It is a wood window. The crank simply came out with the double screw. The window will open when we place the screw and crank in the socket; it will NOT close the window.

I need to order wool pile weather stripping. I am wondering how to get the old ones out and the new in. There is no open access on either end. Please advise.

I have a Caldwell non-tilt window balance spring that needs to be replaced. It is marked as 25 4 FO CALDWELL. It is a 1/2" wide channel with a 26" length.
