I've attached a photo of the handle for which I need six replacements. I talked with a representative this morning who told me the number inside the handle is of no help to you. Thanks for your help with this replacement order. I appreciate your assistance.

The attached pic is for a broken 20 year old window balance. It measures 1 3/16" wide and has 8 stamped on the coil. Hello, I have these old windows and would like to replace the balance mechanisms on the side but am having trouble finding the parts. Some of the windows won't stay open and some are just very difficult to open (feel stuck).

If I replace my existing hardware with this operator mechanism, I would like the folding handle. Do I need additional parts? Like a cover? Or does the handle just fold at the end of the mechanism.

So I have a polaris window that is missing what I believe is called the sash tilt pins. The devices in the side of the window are there and fine, but the pins that should be in the picture are misssing. This is on a Polaris window.
