I was reading some other posts here trying to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my window balance. When measuring the bottom shoe on the balance that came out of my window it is 7/8", at most 15/16". Any help on which ones I need?

We were directed to the 795s, which we ordered. Unfortuantely you can't slide them into our window frames. There is only a 1/2" gap. Is there a solution to make these work? My window was never installed completely (see photos). I can not get the window to install using the 2 channels in the photos. Installed the window without the channels at present.
