I'm not sure what exactly is this part. It says 25 4 10 Caldwell. it's 1/2 inch wide and the metal piece is 26 inches

The tilt hatch for my window had what I can only describe as a catastrophic failure, and after putting the patent number on Google, it lead me to this website, and I'm just trying to figure out what would be the best replacement for it.

Hello, Are you able to tell me what shoe I need for my Alside windows? They were installed in 2000 or 2001. I have not taken it apart yet so do not have an out of window picture. I'm unable to clearly find the above balance on your site. The balance has is marked as a 26B and also has the letters "JP". Not sure if I'm going to have to replace the shoe also. Please help and advise me what to order. Thanks

Hi, I called Milgard and they gave me the following part number: IM0212MI. Can you point me to the correct replacement part? I need a number of these. Measurement length is 1 3/4 inches and width is 3/8 inch. Thank you.

Have a patio door handle that actuates to open the door. There is a faceplate on the inside of the door with a wheel with gears on it that are mostly missing so no longer functional. Do not see anything similar on your site.
