Hello, I have Peachtree windows that won't open or close properly. It feels like the gear teeth won't catch when the handle is cranked.

I looked thru the other question/answer post but mine seems a little different. Can you guys tell me what works to replace my operator? Thank you, Jamey

Hi! Trying to identify broken channel balance. 5/8" by 28". Picture include number stamped at bottom and then bottom and top flange. Probably need to replace both sides in case other side goes out I'm guessing. If u have a video that shows how to replace that would be great!

Has a sizeable gap between latch and surface otherwise looks like so many others 1 1/2" holes apart 5/16" spindle etc
