missing a roller has a side top screw in top and a clip that slides in the bottom of the bottom of the door.

I see that you have a very similar window operator fromTurth hardware the Encore Dyad Sill Mount, but the one I have the arm is 5.5 inches and the one you show is 4 7/8s. Can you help me find the correct one?
