I don't see any window name or part number on this window or any window in the house very frustrated ?

I'm hoping to find a handle like this one and the mortise that goes with it. My dad tried changing the lock and the mortise fell down into the door and I have no clue how to retrieve it. I tried a super powerful magnet and that didn't work, so I need to replace at the very least the mortise. But wou ... (cont.)

Doors have upper and lower track. Plastic part snaps into track and spring loaded

We live in a manufactured home. Two windows don't stay up. The part in the picture stays at the bottom of the track. The track holding that part measures 1 inch.
