Looking for tilt latch's for a 1980's aluminium window.

I have taken pictures of the parts I need and I measured of the spiral balance. I also need a pivot shoe. The spiral balance is 28 1/2' long. Thank you, the windows are able to tilt. This is from a Jordan Window installed in 1990. I ordered 18-009 but it's about 1/4 inch too short. I'm thinking I need 18-199. Can you please confirm? I don't see that piece of aluminum in the pictures of 18-199 but maybe they don't include that after market? Thanks. Lynne

Hello,Hopefully you can save the day! I'm told these are balancers. The picture shows the good one and the broken one. It measures 29" not including the plastic pieces on each end. Top and Bottomo hardware parts from an steel case mirror wardrobe sliding door

I need locks and balancers for these windows. I have no idea how to tell what series they are but the balancers seem to be 16 inches and I have a few locks that are busted also.

We need to order some window balances, we need 4 (2030) and 3 (2040) with the ends (part #19-038 and part # 15-193) Can you install the ends on the balances and if so what would be the cost?
