It lays flat. 2 screws hold it in place. The bottom is flat, no guide on the bottom its just flat. I would like to purchase 2 sets, 2 right hand and 2 left hand.Thank youRonald

The thumb latch is broken. Don't know if I need the whole handle or just a latch. It is a putty color which seems hard to find.
