The attached pictures shows the casement window in closed and open position with the markings on the handle and the hinge. Looking for replacement mechanisms and handle as the parts are worn out and difficult to open and close.

I need 2 sets as I have 2 closets

I believe the operator is the dyad sill mount and have found this on your site but am still looking for the hinge. The fixed base of the hinge that mounts on the sill is about 13". The non sliding arm is about 7 3/4". I need both LH and RH. Thank you for any assistance.

Mavvin Cover 5 1/2" wise by 1 9/16" tall. RH handle is 3 5/8" long

This is the pivot bar that broke off the bottom of my 1200 series American Craftman window, the top one when I tilted it out to wash it today. There is a number visable at the break that said 741 if that is any help. I need a new one if I can get it from Swisco online.Thanks Charles ... (cont.)

I want to replace our existing handle with a D handle. From what I understand I most likely need a "surface mount" patio door handle 4" center, with a crescent latch for a 7" door handle. Can you suggest a brand or model that would replace the original handle in the pictures I provided? ... (cont.)

I don't have the part installed as it was broken. This is a broken channel balance on a older window that has the number 2230 stamped on it. The original channel has a broken spring. We need a replacement window channel balance.

Mortise broken do not know the brand of sliding door so I can fix the door. Length of double locking mortise is 10 inches
