Your replacement latch 82-265 shows two slots for the locking/latching (flat bar) mechanism. My old one has only one flat bar hole and it's off-center. Will the 82-265 work the same using the off-center hole?

Just moved to a new home that has windows that crank open. One of the windows doesn't open. Once unlocked, push it and it opens by hand instead of by the crank handle. How do I fix that? After the invention of the TV Remote, there's no going back to manual things.

The product received is the wrong size . It is too small. (58-114) Attached are photos of the existing weatherstripping from Pella. The bubble part is 1/2 inch. Needing 33" by 5/8" balancer from a Jones single hung windows. Did not find any numbers on the balancer. Window states is a 46x33 5/16
