I am the owner of a Hallmark Model Lindall Cedar Home constructed in 1997. I am uin need of a replacement window for my sun room. Unit consists of a fixed pane upper panel with a crank out transom on the lowerpanel.

Hello I purchased 4 31" s600 red tipped balances for my tilt in windows. I took off 2 black tipped balances, took sash out of frame, replaced balances, and, by the time I finished, had turned spiral 14 times for window to work perfectly.
