Hi - I have a Jeld wen double hung vinyl window. The check rail weather stripping is shot and I need to replace it. The Jeld Wen site isn't very helpful so I was hoping you could help. The stamp on the window says it is a JEL-N-589.

Our black guide broke at the end of our top casement window hinge. Perhaps that isn't what it is called. I saw the part in one of your videos. The black piece is on the right hand of the pic. Our piece broke. Hope you can help. David

springs have phillips screw thru one hole in top. bottom has the cross pin. not able to get window out yet but thought if there really was only one choice we could order in advance of removing window. window is about 40 x 60 Thanks
