25-5/8 stamped 25 4 BSI. PB I think they may be Mill Guard windows, need one balance

I am looking for the following parts. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Its for a 2007 Oakcreek mobile home Storm windows. I need both the Left and Right Slide bolts and the corner Pivot Keys.

Pivot bar has a stamp on it, wondering if the 26-360 will work 2 1/2" holes are 2"rear and 1 3/8 to front of pin. Are the shoes the 15-195 series?

Does anyone know where I can find this type of weather stripping or what I can use as a replacement?

There are no names, numbers or markings on existing balancer. Metal to metal length is 29 inches. Photo of the window attached so you can see where the balancer goes.
