These pics are from a Silverline white vinyl casement window, between 5-10 years old. Warranty sticker pic ID's the manufacturer. Pic is from the inside, so the hinge is on the left from inside. I ordered 26-473 They seem a little too big, wings stick out Further from base then my original. Any suggestions from my pictures? The only other I saw was 26-407, without the wings.

The lock broke off and so did the plastic mortise latch. I've noticed that other motels have a metal mortise latch. Is this compatible? Looking for replacement parts to fix.

Please call me, my 1/2" wide window channel balance popped up in the channel. I think the plastic thingy on the top of it that held it in place may have broken. Maybe that's why it popped up? Mike

I have an Eagle retractable screen for a sliding door. The metal hook that protrudes from the locking mechanism which secures the screen to the door frame is broken. I either need the entire latch or the metal hook.

Ply gem sliding window. I don't see any identifying info on the latch but was able to take it off easily. Looks like the metal broke and it won't latch anymore. Are replacements available?

Only rolls the window out. When you roll back in it just unwinds from base and handle will come off
