Hello. I have Simonton double hung windows that were installed in 2002 prior to my purchase of my home. The balance assemblies on 2 windows needs to be replaced (4 total) and so does the tilt latch. The only thing on the bar are several blank circles and one circle has a 2 inscribed into it. I've included a set of measurements I took of the bar but I am having trouble matching it to a equivalent piece in your inventory and there are no markings to suggest company of the make.
