I'm in need of the sash balancing parts for the lower sash of a Certainteed double hung window. I'd like to purchase the coil balance spring and pivot shoes for both sides of the sash. Please let me know what Swisco part numbers I should order. Thank you!

Looking for the End Cap for Sliding door security bar

Length of the metal is 32" . 32 D BS1TR was stamped on the metal

The coil that is not broken has a 6 on it. The other smaller diameter broken coil has no number. I'm not sure where the piece that broke off went. I also wanted to know how to reinstall and connect coils.

I need a 1/8th inch backing (0.125) with a pile height of 3/16th inch (0.1875)... Any luck you may carry this? The 1/8th inch width is the issue and I've been searching a while. Thanks, Joe

One of the posts that is welded to the window frame for a Living brand window lock broke, and the latch won't lock. Is there a part for this that I can jb weld onto the frame?

I need to repalce 8 of these and I can't seem to find this particular balance. Is there a replacement that would work in its place. It did not have any metal around the balance as seen in the other balances available

I have two old cabinets with double bifold doors as shown in the first image. The doors are not restrained, so they tend to flop out when opened as in the second image. Hello I am not exactly sure what the name of the part is but I did attached pictures of it. I figure its a sliding bottom window about 35 1/2 x 26 1/2. I have Philips storm windows . My home is a PalmHarbor Double manufactured in 2000.

I don't see a name of the sliding door or the handle. It is not very old though. The lock has not worked great since we got it. It slips and we have had to wiggle it to get it just right to open it. The other day it finally snapped off.

I have double hinge window made from American craftman (I guess) 35.75 in. x 53.25 in. the constant force balance is damaged. there are two coil on top, with two screws. dont see screw for the U lock part. if you can let me know what the part # to get. thank you! wendy

As you can see from the photos I have two windows that use this hardware. One of the windows will crank out but won't crank in. I am in need of six of these pivot lock shoes. these are replacement window that were installed in approximately 1998 from a locate contractor.

Could not remove the crank. Can you tell what replacement I need. It measures around 11". A detached rod is inserted to crank open the window, and is for the right side. Current one is silver colored. The window is wood.
