I need the mortise lock only for Atrium Swinging Patio doors, Type: EDSL, Code: ATR-K-1. My trim and handles are fine and do not need to be replaced.

I am looking to replace broken window screen corners. The corners are 3/4 inch and the part that inserts into the metal frame is 3/8 inch by 7/16 inch. Swisco part 95-270 looks close but I don't see all the measurements.

Hello. I have an old Anlin window and need new assembly for the coil balance and balance feet. The parts are corroded so I can't see exactly what the numbers are. Can you help based on these photos? One of the white pieces holding a coil has a 12 on it. And one coil has a 5

on the sash opposite the lock keeper, there is a small "hook" that catches a small bracket on the stop. Appears to be an anti- pry protector or simply to pull the sash in tight on the hinge side.
