I purchased one each of the 39-187 & 39-188 operators. These are shown with a 5" arm. The ones I need to replace are an older style and the arm only measures 4 3/8". What do I need to do to make these work? Or is there a direct replacement for these older operators? I have two(one right hand and ... (cont.)

There are no markings other than stainless steel and H=O. The overall installed length is 4-3/4 inches. There are 2 indented "stripes" at the edge of the hinge over the underlying spring location.

Do you have these "snap buttons"? I do not think that is what they are actually called though. They install into "inside casement" window screens. They snap behind a lip to hold the screen into the frame. Please advise. Thank you, Jason

Pivot window balance shoe

Hello I have a Pennco window and I missing a few of these screen retainer clips. They sit on the bottom of the window and hold pressure on the bottom of the screen since the screen only lock in by the top with spring loaded push pins. Do you have any suggestions on where can I purchase these from or ... (cont.)
