The lock on my sliding door needs to be replaced. The handles and the locks latch handle is good I just need the lock mechanism in the door replaced. I have sent a copy from the information tag that is on the door.

the link arm of current assembly is 3 3/4 in. The link arm of newer, recently ordered crank has a link arm of 4 7/16 in. which is longer and requires multiple modifications to the brackets on window and sill plate to make work. Hoping there was a model with the shorter link arm

There is a marking that either says 6 or 9 on it, but not entirely sure. I purchased the 9 lb series 140 quick-tilt, but upon installation I found that it made the window very difficult to close.

Hello I need new balances for my home, the plastic was all very deterioriated but i took the best pictures I could. They measure 24 inches in length not including any plastic. If you could reccomend what series I should purchase that would be helpful. Brandon
