Trying to identify the correct replacement snap-in glazing to match my existing windows. It was suggested they may be Jen-Weld windows, but I cannot verify that. The reveal portion appears to be 3/4" (but could be 5/8") the snap-in portion is 1/4". I need this in 72" long pieces. Thanks in adva ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for a window latch. There a PAT. #5, 139, 291 on the back, along with a 75 on the left side of the latch. There is also a 8B underneath the PAT, if it is relevant. Thank you and I would appreciate the help.

The operators look ok and function well but need lubrication? The sash tracks and lower window inserts are rusted thru. the operator arms are 20810 of which I need 2 pair of left and right. Busted the window clip guide

I asked about this broken part recently. Before I order, I wanted to be sure it was the right measurements. When I measure the broken one I have it measures close to 1 inch deep. In the third picture, which is off your website, show your part is 1 7/16inc. Will that 7/16 inch make a difference? ... (cont.)

The window has no identifiable markings for manufacturer or otherwise. They said some handyman installed and never said where it came from. I am in need of two new systems. Top of window in the channel. It catches the balance off the takeout clip as the window is lowered.

The right side tilt latch on my vinyl window is broken. I'm not able to dislodge it easily so I'm not sure how it's installed, but it looks like it probably snaps in.
