The right side tilt latch on my vinyl window is broken. I'm not able to dislodge it easily so I'm not sure how it's installed, but it looks like it probably snaps in. There are no ID anywhere on door or latch. It looks like a Swisco model (?) The mechanism seems to be the problem. The lever does not seem to have any effect when door is open or shut. It's about 8 years old; builder original. Thanks.
