THIS WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IN 2002. THE CRANK HANDLE AND COVER ARE FINE. T'HE CRANK ITSELF MEASURES A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN 3" IN THE FRONT OF THE CRANK. THE WINDOW CURRENTLY OPENS TO THE RIGHT. PART 39-264 SEEMS TO MATCH THE CLOSEST WITH THE OTHER DIMENSIONS.

Spiral window balance attaches to this part and slides in track for window.
