Want replacement handles for this door - lock mechanism works fine - need inside and outside handles - almond color

Hi, I’m trying to identify the correct replacement hardware for this casement window. The existing operator is marked Truth EntryGard, and one of the arms is stamped 20810. I have an old TRUTH left hand casement window that is not closing, but opens fine. Im trying to determine whether I need a new crank or whole thing, and hopefully the part #

Can you help me find a comparable part to replace the handle and lock on the sliding glass door. the mechanism no longer locks and gets stuck. The door is over 50 years old. The lock may have been replaced before. The matching windows have Radco Weatherproof-Loks. Greg
