I'm looking for a replacement for the attached part. Overall length 1- 5/8". Width 11/16". Pin 1/8" wide. Pin width 3/8". Color tan. I don't see any numbers on name on the part. I also don't know the window maker.

I have 3 identical windows like this from Window World, sized 46" X 52"? Each window has these two seals on the bottom and is leaking air. I was able to remove one, but on the other one, the 'hairs' keep pulling off and preventing me from sliding it out of the track it is in. The one I got out is 3 ... (cont.)
