This came out of a medicine cabinet with 2 sliding glass doors made circa 1984. I believe it is for the bottom rail and there should be 2 per mirror. The unit has no manufacturing marks on it. The home was built in 1984.

Looking for a pivot shoe replacement for a milgard window. The series is 5285. Is kind of hard to read. The shoe is about a half inch. The window is 36w x 52h each sash is about 27h inches. It's a double hung tilt.

Circa 2007 CGI impact windows have the nylon retainer guides worn and cracked , looking to source these parts for replacement.

In the images, I included the failed pivot lock shoe part number 6.679.000,4.610.108,D467.490 I read that those parts are no longer made.
