I took another measurement of the latch just now. The short side of the latch is 7/8", and the very long side of the latch (from left to right) is 3 7/8". The distance between the two screws on top of the latch is either 2 5/8" or 2 3/4". Does that help?

On the window frame I see PI-28, black aluminum. On the spiral rod I see CRB 1. The rods are 51.5 long when extended. The metal rod is 27 inches, and 29.25 inches with the plastic piece. Thank you

I am looking for replacement parts for this sliding window latch. The latch is two pieces, a front piece which slides up and down to latch, the back piece is a sort of mortise which catches a rod on the window. The two pieces are attached with two small screws.
