Hello I have a slider door from you and the screen door and some reason I do not have the lock part that does on the side. I have the sales # as 09217736 Warranty # 39334768 I am looking to just order the part so the slider door stays locked when the glass door is open

My window will no longer "spring" when I return to close after tilting it. I suspect the window channel balances are not working properly any more. The channel piece with string attached has a lot of tension on it. Not sure how to even try to put it back in the window sill???? The length is 24 and 3 ... (cont.)

this roller is for a Bayview 6500 sliding glass door. I purchased the product code 81-052 from you thinking it would work. it doesnt.

My question is, if the short arm is in fact 5 1/4" in length, will the 39-031 work? If so, I would just order it and take off the old one and put on the new one at the same time.

Hello, I have a sliding glass door that has Merzon Series 700 hardware attached to it. The door can be locked from the inside but cannot be locked from the outside. I am hoping to find hardware that can enable me to lock the door from both the inside and the outside.
