plastic part attached to window which the latch secures. recently received the Tie Bar Guide 39-417 for the same window.

I cannot find this anywhere on line. Can you source this operator?

The bottom of the door had a piece of plastic to seal it. It disintegrated and I can't find a new one anywhere.

Decided to replace block and channel from Swisco because window wouldn't close all the way without a lot of force - this caused the screws in the lock lift up and become dislodged since it was the only thing preventing the window from coming up. The brass grooved rollers on this window have flat spots on them so they don't roll well. I would be happy if you could locate the rollers/wheels only that I can snap into this housing. This rubber wheel roller is on heavy wood sliding closet doors from the early 1950's. One wheel is broken. Rubber Wheel is half inch wide. Straight bracket is two inches. Replacement plastic wheel seems to be too small for the heavy doors. Thank You.
