6272 shows the unbroken part, in place, that wraps around a bar that goes up and down to lock the casement window shut. 6274 shows the broken part, with the "wraparound" tab broken off. 6271 is the Bonneville label on the window. Can you help? Thanks

We have a CGI exterior door purchase in 2017. It has a three point locking mechanism. The deadbolt is a part of the system that when you lock/unlock the deadbolt it pushes/retracts the bolts up and down. The rod going up has broken. Do you know which locking system CGI was using? ... (cont.)

Upper sash pivot bar with #23148, lower pivot bar with no number, pivot shoe with the letter N on back seems to be 17/ 32 thick, 1 1/4 wide- 1 7/16 tall uses spring with T- end #9 on spring. Pictures were sent on 7/5/23, have more pictures if needed!

The lock piece turns but will not catch. It needs a whole new locking mechanism.
