My closet door has a broken roller on the top section.The part number on the bracket shows as Glide-ALL WEM-177-2. Is the Bi-pass door roller set #23-039 same and works as well? I am attaching a photo for reference. Thanks.Masood

I have old wood windows with some sort of metal tube balance that I can't seem to figure out how to adjust. I am on a tight budget so I was thinking of replacing them with spiral balances (I am already familiar and I have the tool for that). I don't have one off, but I have the glass size and sas ... I could not find identifying numbers for these windows that have broken parts. The window weighs about 15 lbs. I do not know if the replacement spring balance value for each side should be 16 lbs as listed in your web site or half that value. Also, I do not know which of the many pivot shoes is the ...
