Friends,I'm trying to replace storm window latches (right and left hand) as shown in the attached photo. The horizontal bar, which is pushed out by a spring, has broken off at the end where it should engage a hole in the stormwindow frame--see the arrow on the photo.The bar stock is 1/4 wide and 3/1 ... Door handle is broken, does not snap back to place.

I have an old Milgard sliding window and the bottom track is warped causing window not to slide. Made out of some vynl/plastic material. Not sure how i go about finding that kind of track to replace it.
