Hello, I had previously ordered 82-249 and 82-265 but the faceplate (82-249) does not line up correctly with 82 -249. I have enclosed pictures of the old lock and faceplate. Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8". The front door handle keeps falling off. I bought the inside door handle from you guys and spray painted it gold to match the front handle, but it won't stay on. Any advice or what do I need? Kind regards, Jennifer
