Looking for this replacement slide window lock

Do you carry a replacement for the Bottom Bubble Seal Weather Strip shown in the pictures attached? Sorry, the pictures aren't the best.I'm a contractor myself, but these are for our home in Florida.

If I'm reading it correctly, it says"8 H"

2 7/16" center to center holes on tilt latch. Need 4, 2-Left and 2-Right.

The bottom left inner pane is broken. Would like to replace that part.
