We're headed to Romania June 1 on a mission trip. The disabled adult home we'll be working with needs repairs to their windows which came from the states. Need to replace the locking latch on my Champion door in my 3 season room.

This door has four latches to secure the door shut and locked.

Do you carry a replacement for the channel balance shown in the pictures attached? I'm a contractor myself, but these are for our home in Florida.

Roller will not stay in tack due to broken wheel. This is part of adjustable height screw that is connected to door. It looks like a black plastic piece is needed to allow the height adjustment and that piece looks to be broken.

Need both side Balance springs pieces. Window weighs 17 pounds. Should be pretty simple? Barry

These latches slide into the top of the sash from the side. I also need both of the lower pivots and two of the screws.

My house was built in 1993 with Marvin double hung windows that tilt in by virtue of side panels that run top to bottom on each side and must be flattened in to tilt the window. The tilting panel is labelled 320HD. Do you sell the replacement channel balance for this

This wheel is from a very old aluminum sliding patio door. The brand name on the door is NU-Vue. The wheels are plastic, or vinyl of some sort. Any idea of what replacement wheel will work would be appreciated.
