Hello, I have several windows that require repairs and I would like to replace them. Can you identify this part? seems the gears are stripped

I'm trying to which weather seal bulb I need. Hopefully the 2 phots will help, but I know these sealers have decomposed over the years as the original windows were installed in 1998.

Hi, I believe I have a paradigm casement window of which the glass has cracked and misted. The only identifying label I can find is in the photo attached (8531 casement) the actual window size to be replaced measures approximately 37.5" high x 34" wide.
