Please help me identify the parts I need to fix my windows. these are 30 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. If you can identify replacements I need 11 pairs.

The is no name on the window or hardware.

The metal part of the balance is 31 3/4 in length.It is a 1/2" widthHere are pictures of top, bottom and marking.Thank you for your help.I believe it is the 380 series.Michael

My house was built in 2008. As I understand it, these are Hurd windows and the "shoes" that connect the balance to the windows have been starting to break. Looking for replacement spiral balances. Currently looking in to the Series 600, however, the tip length of the original is a concern. These are tilt windows and the original balance diameter is 3/8"
