Top piece of white glazing off a Pella window

I'm looking to replace weather stripping for the top of a 1/2 screen on the American Craftsman series 8500. The weatherstripping has a 3/16" width where it slides into the top of the screen, the weatherstripping sits at a 90° angle to where it slides into screen. I'm including 3 pictures ... (cont.)

I'm all my Pella window screens and believe I have the right corners identified (95-181). Do you recommend that I also replace the spline in these 35-year-old windows or can I reuse the spine? The existing spline is not what I would consider foam as it does not significantly compressed under finger ... (cont.)

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me identify the issue with this window? I believe the problem is a broken window channel balance. Please let me know if this is accurate or not. I have not attempted to open the window as I am afraid it might get stuck.

Need to replace female window grommet allows for installation of window screen.

These rollers just slip or insert into the bottom of the hole on the screen door. I have four doors so I would need 8. I can send measurements if you need them or additional pictures.

I have a Sliding screen door across the opening of my garage. The door panels use what appears to be a window sash lock to "seal" the panels. I need to replace one of those locks.
