Hello, I am looking for a replacement operator for a early 1990's Menards octagon window. The only numbers I could find are stamped on the underside housing (45136).

I am looking for the part that the screen door fastens to with this screw. The piece is on a spring and has a thread for screw on each end. One of the threads cracked and the sliding door hangs down from that side.

Hole distance is 1 11/16" apart center to center, Holes are offset also 2 1/16" length 1/2" wide and tall Steel Roller These aluminum windows are set in a hotel and have 1/2" IGU's units with a single pain interior storm window slider with flat plastic guides if that helps at all.
