It is a 3/8x3/4 corner I see you have a white but do they come in tan.

My lock is no longer working. No movement when trying to lock door. My measurements are from the top phillips screw to the bottom : 4 5/8 inches from the second phillips screw to third phillips screw is 3 5/8. The door was installed in 1997.
