Would like to find black hinges that match the existing drilled holes

The one in the photo is not the right latch for this door. The photo of the one I want to buy looks like the right one for my door, what's your opinion?

Man of our window latches have broken. I need to replace both left and right window latches. Please advise which latch would be a good replacement for what we currently have.

looking for 16 of these but can't locate anywhere....need assistance. The plastic has become brittle and they are breaking off when I try to remove screen to clean window. I believe it is called the spline where they sit inside the window screen.
